Graph Description.

Objectives: Analyze, compare and contrast information.

                    Describe a graph using advanced vocabulary.

Instructions for your portfolio evidence

Step 1. Choose a graph about a social issue; for example: tourism, migration, languages, gender gap, age gap , wealth distribution, religion, etc... 
Your graph can be a line graph, pie or bar chart.

Step 2. Prepare your description of it.

   a) Organize the information into:  Introduction + Major trends + Conclusion or Interesting facts.

b) Include vocabulary related to the graphs and linkers to compare and contrast.

Step 3. Describe it in one minute, record your voice.

     Tools you can use:

            - Record video and upload it to YouTube/ Flipagram/ Vimeo...

             - Record audio and  upload it to Soundcloud / Yourlisten...

Step 4. Embed your video or audio on your blog + write a reflection about your learning.

Total of points: 5

1 pt. 1 minute description, embeded on your blog: recording + image. (YouTube video or Soundcloud + image)
1 pt.  Include: Introduction/ Major trends/ Full description/ Conclusion
1 pt.  Use vocabulary related to the graphs.
1 pt.  No grammar or vocabulary mistakes
1 pt.  Good pronunciation and fluency
